New Moon star Taylor Lautner isn’t just sexy and talented, he’s also a great boyfriend–just look at her lucky girlfriend Taylor Swift!

Taylor Lautner snuck into KIIS FM’s Jingle Ball on Saturday to watch his girlfriend perform and nearly went unnoticed the entire time!

“He came with his bodyguard and was backstage the whole time,” an eyewitness tells Hollyscoop.com exclusively.

He watched his very talented girlfriend perform from the sidelines and was seen bobbing his head during her performance.

“No one knew Taylor was there,” adds our eyewitness. “It was obvious he didn’t want to take away from her special day. He was there to support her.”

It looks like things are going really great between these two! They’re like a breath of fresh air, especially after all the negative cheating scandals we’ve been reading about lately.

Lautner has already met Swifts mom and we hear she approves of her daughters new man. And why wouldn’t she, according to Deadline Hollywood, Paramount has confirmed that they’ve hired Lautner for the lead in Max Steel, which will undoubtedly make him the next young big action star. Move over Tom Cruise!

Actor Robert Pattinson wasn’t really sure about the whole vampire thingamajig when he first read the “Twilight Saga.” While researching about his role, Pattinson admit he had doubts about his “Edward Cullen” role.

Pattinson said: “I read the first book and found it quite good. But the description of my character is, from the first page on, completely ridiculous. It says, ‘He enters a room, and his beauty is almost painful.’”

Rob Pattinson, who can currently be seen in new movie The Twilight Saga: New Moon alongside co-stars Taylor Lautner and Kristen Stewart, said that he is unimpressed when he watched himself in the two films (Twilight and New Moon). He told Germany’s In Touch magazine that: “I’ve watched the movies twice but they didn’t wow me.”

Although Pattinson already signed to star in the third installment of the franchise, The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, he is planning on becoming a pop star once he fulfills his commitments to the series. He shared: “I’ll record a few tracks as soon as I finish the promotion for the movies, but before I won’t do anything. I don’t want to release an album which has a sticker on it saying, ‘By the vampire of Twilight’, on it.”

Edu Manzano confirms break up with broadcaster Pinky Webb

Posted on 20 Nov 2009 at 9:12am

Despite their plans of settling down, actor and TV Host Edu Manzano has confirmed reports about his break up with broadcast journalist Pinky Webb.

“We have opted to go our separate ways and hope for the best,” actor Edu Manzano told ABS-CBN News. The actor also admitted that his decision to run as Vice-president on the May 2010 elections is one of the reasons of their break up.

“May buhay din siya, may buhay din ako,” Edu narrated. “At this point in time, we felt that we are going in different paths… It’s a very confusing situation, you know, when you think you are together with someone for a very long time…. But I guess it’s also very, very important that we all be allowed a certain degree of freedom to do what we want to do in life.”

The Robert Pattinson hair scare!

The Robert Pattinson hair scare!

Posted on 18 Nov 2009 at 7:16pm

Things have been going slow here on Brink Notes Entertainment Daily but we’re back with a news on Twilight star Robert Pattinson. We all know that the second installment of the Twilight Saga, New Moon, will be showing in theaters worldwide this November (November 20 in Manila). Robert Pattinson will be relieved when he is finally allowed to cut his hair – because his famous locks have caused so many upsets on the Twilight movies.

The British actor plays heart-throb vampire Edward Cullen in the hit film franchise, and he’s become almost as well-known for his perfectly coiffed hairstyle as his onscreen performance.
But Pattinson admits he’s come to loathe his long locks, because movie bosses insist on keeping his hair perfect at all times.

He tells Entertainment Weekly, “In a lot of ways the hair is 75 per cent of my performance. So in the second one (movie) I said, ‘Listen, I need to tone down the hair. Let’s make it a little more real.’ In the third one, I’m doing fight scenes and there’s a strand going down my forehead and they’re like, ‘We need to do it again because no one will recognize you! No one will know who it is!’

“I’m like, ‘Really, is my face that generic?’ I have to look like the poster at all times. Just in case they want to use any clip for the trailer. Any clip at all! There were about five people in different departments who, because of my forelock, ended up in tears.”

Watch out for the photos from “The Twilight Saga: New Moon” premiere at Mann Village Theatre in Westwood, CA last November 16, 2009.
