On Sunday, March 29, 2009, Bench Body has unveiled its newest billboard along Guadalupe, Makati City. Dingdong Dantes, one of the Bench Body endorsers is the star of Bench Body’s newest summer billboard.
Dingdong, together with the entertainment press rode a ferryboat for the unveiling of the new billboard.
“It’s a celebration of my, more or less, first year sa Bench. This is also the same spot kung saan ako ni-launch dati, and it signifies the arrival of summer.”
The actor-endorser expressed his enthusiasm about the growing number of Bench endorsers.
“Well, marami rin naman kami sa Bench Body and, you know, masaya rin naman na palaki nang palaki ang pamilya ng Bench. Basta every time I’m with the Bench people, it’s fun and they make me feel very welcome. So, talagang hats-off ako sa kanilang lahat.”
When Dingdong was asked about the concept of the billboard wherein he’s wearing large-sized wings similar to that of “Mulawin” he said that it was the creative team’s idea.
“Parte ng study ‘yan, e, ng konsepto ng creative team ng Bench. Plus, marami naman kaming subject, ‘yan ang pinaka-nagustuhan. Sa concept din kasi that the summer has arrived,” he explained.
