A CLEAR Doll Domination: Pussycat Dolls Live in Manila
The popular all-female music group Pussycat Dolls have invaded once again during their one-night only concert at the SM Mall of Asia Concert Grounds last Thursday, June 11, 2009. Space Cowboy performed before the main show that started a little past 8 in the evening.
The Manila concert was part of the group’s World Domination Tour with shows scheduled across Europe, Asia, South America, and Oceania.
Pussycat Dolls member Jessica Sutta failed to perform in the Manila show because of back injury and broken rib. She is now in the US recuperating from the injury.
The group sang hits from their album “Doll Domination,” and “Doll Domination 2.0″ including “I Hate This Part,” “Buttons,” “Stickwitu,” “Don’t Cha,” “Jai Ho! (You Are My Destiny),” and “When I Grow Up!”
More than 20,000 people reportedly witnessed the Manila show.
Fil-Am Nicole Scherzinger has expressed her intentions in singing the Philippine National Anthem for world boxing champion Manny Pacquiao’s upcoming fight. Nothing has been finalized.
The female music group first performed in the Philippines on July 28, 2006 at the Araneta Coliseum as part of their “PCD World Tour.”
