American Idol 2009 winner David Cook and Runner-up David Archuleta are set to stage a concert in Manila on May 16, 2009. The two American Idol alumni announced their upcoming concert at the Mall of Asia Open Grounds through the two separate video blogs posted on different websites.
This new development confirms the report published here in Brink Notes Entertainment Daily about Jomari Yllana producing the concert of the two Idol alumni.
“Hey guys, David Cook here of American Idol. Just want to let everybody know that David Archuleta and myself would be performing live at the Mall of Asia Open Ground on May 16th. So, see you guys there,” said Cook in his video blog posted on Youtube.
“Hello, Manila! This David Archuleta from American Idol Season 7 inviting all of you to catch David Cook and I on May 16th at the Mall of Asia Open Ground. So, hope to see all of you there. Salamat po,” said Archuleta in a separate video blog posted on YouTube as well.
However, the producers of the show are yet to release information regarding the tickets.
