ABS-CBN is set to launch its new summer station ID this Sunday, March 22, 2009 on “ASAP ’09” with the slogan “Kayang-kaya natin, Kapamilya!” The launching of the new station ID will also be seen on all ABS-CBN’s platforms including Myx, Cinema One, Lifestyle Channel and Velvet.
Kapamilya stars and news and current affairs personalities would be seen building homes for the poor, cleaning a river and the sea, sweeping streets, feeding children, among many other community activities that would help make this world a better place to live in. The “socially relevant” theme of the station ID is in time with the global financial and economical crises the world is currently facing.
Billy Crawford, John Lloyd Cruz, Luis Manzano, and Vhong Navarro sang the theme song of the new station ID, which is about “spreading love and care everyday and elsewhere.”
The Creative Communications Management Team of ABS-CBN spearheaded the production of the new Kapamilya summer station ID that would start airing this Sunday.
